Training Programs The Bobcat Run is not your average 5k run on the smooth paved road, and somewhat catered to a more advanced runner/athlete. We do not want to discourage those who may want to set a new challenge for themselves and participate in the Bobcat Run. For those seasoned runners, athletes and adventure racers, chances are you are already training and competing in other events. For those that might just be starting out, or need some assistance with your training, here are a few ways to track your progress and get more information on improving your ability and help to tackle the Bobcat Run.
Online Tracking There are various online websites that will not only provide numerous training articles, but also provide trackers where you can compare runs and see your progression as you continue to become a more proficient runner. Some of these websites even have open forums where you can ask questions and share training tactics with runners from all over the world! We have listed our top three below, however there are many more website like these online.
